Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all travel and travel related Services offered for sale by United Webs Deals, and/or its agents, employees, associates, affiliated companies, independent contractors, or subcontractors (hereinafter referred to as “United Webs Deals”, “we,” or “us”). United Webs Deals, is incorporated in state of New York. Our telephone number is 1-866-883-5430.


1.Changes in our terms and conditions


Our Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by us at any time, without notice, on the understanding that such changes will not apply to Trips booked prior to the amendment or modification. It is therefore essential that you consult and accept our Terms and Conditions at the time of making a booking, particularly in order to determine which provisions are in operation at that time in case they have changed since the last time you placed an order with United Webs Deals or reviewed our Terms and Conditions.


2.Pricing


  • - All prices displayed on the web site are subject to change without notice. This is because the airlines and other Third Party providers may change the prices at any time.
  • - Special conditions may apply to the prices set out on the web site. To determine such conditions, you must contact us or the relevant Third Party provider.
  • - The prices set out on the web site may not include taxes or airport charges or other fees. In this case taxes, airport charges and any additional fees will be displayed during the booking process but prior to payment submission.
  • - Pricing is displayed in US currency.

3.Third Party Service Providers


Certain products, services and content available on the Travel Site are provided by third parties (the "Service Providers"), including, but not limited to, the air carriers, hotels, car rental agencies, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance carriers and other suppliers providing travel or other services on the Travel Site . In addition, certain software and data found on the Travel Site are the copyrighted property of the Service Providers and/or their third-party providers and distributors.


4.Use of the travel website


You may only use the Travel Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use the Travel Site for any other purposes, including making any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. You may not (a) use any "robot", "spider", or other automatic device, or a program, algorithm or methodology having similar processes or functionality, or any manual process to monitor or copy any of the web pages, data or content found on the Travel Site, (b) link to any portion of the Travel Site, without the prior written permission of United Webs Deals, (c) use the Travel Site in violation of, or to violate, any law, rule or regulation, or (d) "frame", "mirror", or otherwise incorporate any part of the Travel Site into any other website without United Webs Deals's prior written authorization.


You acknowledge and agree that you will not use, nor will you permit any use of, the Travel Site in conjunction with any of your activities or business by anyone that resides, stays or is accessing the Travel Site from a country prohibited under U.S. export and/or Office of Foreign Assets Control regulations, including, but not limited to, regulations based upon sanctions, country programs against or embargoes. For more information regarding these regulations, You shall automatically become unauthorized to use the Travel Site in the event of a breach of this obligation. You specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Webs Deals and the Service Providers for any breach of this "Use of Travel Site" section.


5. Cancellations and Exchange Policies

5.1 Cancel and Refund


For refundable fares, a processing fee by United Webs Deals Customer Service may be charged for all permitted cancellations. All of airline’s service fees and airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Vacation protection insurance can be refunded within 10 days of purchase in case the travel has not begun and the customer has called the customer service of airline to cancel. All cancellations should be done via phone only. Refund requests will be accepted only after following conditions have been met:


  • - Traveler has applied for cancellation and refund with us and the airline rules allow for the same.
  • - Traveler should not be a “no show”. Most no-show bookings are not eligible for refund processing from suppliers.
  • - Waivers are secured from the airlines by us to process the request for cancellation and refund.

For flight ticket refunds, it is difficult to provide exact date or time it may take for the refund process. All requests for refunds are processed in a sequence. Once a notification is sent to the customer service agent, an e-mail notification will be sent by us to confirm such request. However, this notification is just an acknowledgement of your request and does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Upon receiving the request, we work with the concerned airlines to arrive at a waived amount based on the rules of the airlines and then notify you the decision of the airlines. Please note that we depend on the airlines to receive refunds. After approval of refund by the airlines, it might take some additional time for the same to reflect in your credit card statement. Generally, a penalty is charged for refunds by all airlines. The entire process, from receipt of your refund request to reflection of the same in your credit card statement, might take 60-90 days. Apart from the refund penalties imposed by the airline, a fee for processing this refund will be charged by United Webs Deals. These fees will be assessed only if the airline has authorized the refund or a waiver has been received and when such refunds are permitted by rules of the airline. In case the airline does not process your refund, we will refund you the processing fees charged by us.


5.2 Cancel and Exchange


All airline tickets are completely non-refundable and non-transferable. In cases where the airline does allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards ticket purchase in future with travel on flights of the same airline. Fare difference (if any) and the applicable penalty will be added in such cases. The time constraints and expiration date of such credit should be discussed before hand with the customer service agent. All such bookings that allow for cancellation must be cancelled prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight by calling our customer service representative. We do not guarantee any cancellation. At the time of booking cancellation, a cancellation fee of $50 per person per ticket is payable to us. This fee is retained by us. The credit available must be used within a certain time period and date or you will lose the credit amount. When making a new booking, you will have to pay the applicable fare difference, airline penalties and Travel including exchange fees. All such changes are governed by the rules and regulations of the airlines. No representations or guarantees on fees or changes are provided by United Webs Deals. For non-refundable fares, for any change in the itinerary after issuing of tickets (in case it is permitted by the airline), following change fees is applicable.


5.3 Exchange fees


For itineraries where the airline permits changes, a change/exchange fee is charged by United Webs Deals, along with fare difference if any and airline penalties. The total cost of the exchanged ticket can be rightly ascertained by calling our customer centre. Our Ticket Exchange fees (not including airline penalty fees and fare difference)- For Domestic Travel where the Departure Date is more than 7 days away – up to $200, Domestic Travel where Departure Date is within 7 Days - $250, International Travel where Departure Date is more than 7 days away – up to $300, International Travel where Departure Date is within 7 days away $400. We make no additional representation for our exchange fees except the assistance of an agent in locating your new desired flights and making attempts to re-book new flights subject to availability and other factors.


6.Chargeback and Credit card disputes


  • - The customer agrees not to dispute the processing fee, airline ticket charge or fare adjustment if United Webs Deals, have abided by the terms and conditions of the airlines and this agreement.
  • - If customer is questioning any charge on their credit card, send an email to the Customer Service (support@unitedwebsdeals.com) before disputing the charge with the credit card company.
  • - If the customer attempts a chargeback on a non-refundable airline ticket, service fee or a fare adjustment that meets the terms and conditions of the airline and this agreement; the customer agrees to refund the full amount of the chargeback plus a 50% penalty for the inconvenience and accounting fee.
  • - In cases where the customer attempts a fraudulent chargeback, the customer will be responsible for legal and collection costs in order to recoup the potential loss imposed by the customer.

7.Issuing Travel Documents


The method for issuing travel documents and/or tickets depends on the time available between the date of issue of tickets and your date of departure, and/or the type of Service. If a Traveler provides incorrect information, United Webs Deals does not assume any liability if the Trip is adversely affected or made impossible by the non-receipt of travel documents. Travel documents will only be sent to the purchasing Traveler who places the order and personally agrees to these Terms and Conditions.


8. Passports, Visas, Health Requirements, and Travel Risks


  • - It is Traveler’s responsibility to verify they have all the necessary visas, passport, and vaccinations prior to travel. A full and valid passport is required for all persons traveling to any of the destinations outside the U.S. that we feature. You must obtain and have possession of a valid passport, all visas, permits and certificates, and vaccination certificates required for your entire Trip.
  • - Most out of international Trips (including India) require a passport valid until at least six (6) months beyond the scheduled end of your Itinerary. Non-U.S. citizens should contact the appropriate consular office for any requirements pertaining to their Trip.
  • - If you try to enter a country where visa is required, and you do not have the visa, it is possible that you will be imprisoned until there is an available flight to return you to your point of origin. India requires at least a Tourist Visa to visit.
  • - Some countries require you to be in possession of a return ticket or exit ticket and have sufficient funds, etc. Similarly, certain countries require that the Traveler produce evidence of insurance/repatriation coverage before it will issue a visa.
  • - You must carefully observe all applicable formalities and ensure that the surnames and forenames used for all passengers when making a booking and appearing in your travel documents (booking forms, travel tickets, vouchers, etc.), correspond exactly with those appearing on your passport, visas, etc.

Requirements for traveling to India change frequently, often with little advance notice, and changes may be poorly advertised and inconsistently enforced. Travelers are urged to check the website of the Indian Embassy in Washington, D.C. (https://www.indianembassy.org/) before any travel to India to review the most current information. We recommend that you check these before booking and also shortly before departure as requirements may change.


Immunization requirements vary from country to country and even region to region. Up-to date information should be obtained from your local health department and consulate. You assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release United Webs Deals from, any duty of checking and verifying vaccination or other entry requirements of each destination, as well as all safety and security conditions of such destinations during the length of the proposed travel or extensions expected or unexpected. It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold the correct, valid documents for the countries you are visiting and have obtained the necessary vaccinations, clearance to travel, and hold the necessary confirmations for medications required as we cannot be held liable for any illness, delays, compensation, claims and costs resulting from your failure to meet these requirements.


WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU ARE REFUSED PASSAGE ON ANY AIRLINE, CRUISE, TRANSPORT OR ENTRY INTO ANY COUNTRY DUE TO THE FAILURE ON YOUR PART TO CARRY OR OBTAIN THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION. IF FAILURE TO DO SO RESULTS IN FINES, SURCHARGES, CLAIMS, FINANCIAL DEMANDS OR OTHER FINANCIAL PENALTIES BEING IMPOSED ON US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEMNIFYING AND REIMBURSING US ACCORDINGLY.


Although most travel to participating destinations is completed without incident, travel to certain areas may involve greater risk than others. You assume sole responsibility for your own safety at any destination traveled to. United Webs Deals does not guarantee your safety at any time, and assumes no responsibility for gathering and/or disseminating information for you relating to risks associated with your destinations. BY OFFERING OR FACILITATING TRAVEL TO CERTAIN DESTINATIONS, WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH POINTS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.


9.Insurance


United Webs Deals strongly recommends that all Travelers purchase some form of Travel, Cancellation, Lost Baggage and/or Medical Emergency Insurance for all Trips. While we can refer you to an insurance company, Traveler acknowledges that it is Traveler’s responsibility to understand the limitations of their insurance coverage and purchase additional insurance as needed. It is the Traveler’s sole responsibility to research, evaluate and purchase appropriate coverage. Traveler agrees that United Webs Deals is not responsible for any uninsured losses.


10.Age and Responsibility


You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use the Travel Site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the Travel Site. You agree to supervise all use of the Travel Site by minors using your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using the Travel Site is true and correct. You understand that you are responsible for all uses of the Travel Site by you and those using your name or account. We retain the right to deny access to anyone to the Travel Site, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation for violation of these Terms of Use.


11.Limitation of Liability


THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THE TRAVEL SITE OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO OR AUDIO FROM THE TRAVEL SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL United Webs Deals OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS), WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (A) ANY USE OF THE TRAVEL SITE OR CONTENT FOUND HEREIN, (B) ANY FAILURE OR DELAY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY COMPONENT OF THE TRAVEL SITE FOR RESERVATIONS OR TICKETING), OR (C) THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE BY United Webs Deals OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDER, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES TO SUCH PARTIES OR ANY OTHER PARTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.


If, notwithstanding the foregoing, United Webs Deals or any Service Provider should be found liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the above described functions or uses of the Travel Site or its content, the liability of each of United Webs Deals and Service Providers shall in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the transaction fees assessed for your transactions on the Travel Site, or (b) US $100.00. In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to United Webs Deals and without any liability whatsoever, United Webs Deals at any time and without notice may terminate or restrict your access to any component of the Travel Site.
